DOOTIQ does not intentionally use Customer Data to train publicly available artificial intelligence models without appropriate authorization or another lawful basis.

11. Communication Preferences

DOOTIQ may communicate with Customers regarding the Services they use or enquiries they submit. Communications may include:

Customers remain responsible for the quality, integrity, legality, and accuracy of Customer Data processed through the Platform. Where inaccurate or outdated information is identified, DOOTIQ may request updated information or, where appropriate, suspend certain Services until the necessary corrections are made.
